It is truly amazing how much you can eat when you quit sugar, and eat a high protein low carb diet coupled with regular vigorous exercise.
Last night I walked 7.25 miles at a 3.8 mph pace. Today I crushed it in the gym with;
Power Cleans, 5 sets of 8
Bench Press, 6 sets of 8
Dead Lift, 5 sets of 8
T Bar Rows, 5 sets of 8
Pull Ups, 4 sets of 8
Dips, 4 sets of 8
Over Head Dumbbell Press, 4 sets of 8
Dumbbell lunges, 5 sets of 8
I made enough protein pancake mix for 2 people but I ate it all myself. I still have 500 calories left to consume today in order to not lose anymore weight.
These were made with;
1/2 cup Kodiak Protein Pancake mix
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp PB2
1 tsp cinnamon
1 large egg
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup sugar free Log Cabin Maple Syrup.
All for 629 calories, 16.4g fat, 54.3g carbs, 60.9g protein.
And, I am still within my goal of carb intake today to eat a diabetic friendly diet.
