I entitled this as a Self Care entry because I have to eat my eggs! Without them, my thinking is cloudy and I tend to get tired easier. They are full of choline which is a building block for acetylcholine, a major neurotransmitter in the brain.
When I lift heavier weights focus is everything. Without it I could be injured and most likely will never pick the weight up from the floor. Eggs give me that edge to focus intensely.
Here is the basic nutritional information for eggs. They are cheap and readily available. I have never adhered to the line of thinking that they are not a healthy food. Discuss your health with your doctor. Personally, I will have eaten at least six (6), yes, SIX before I go to bed. They are my favorite go-to food, versatile and convenient. I will address much more serious topics concerning eggs in the very near future. Since people have started eating less of this choline based food, Alzheimer’s, a low acetylcholine state in the brain, has skyrocketed. This is merely an observation on my part at this time but there are many scholarly articles and much research on this topic. I will post my study soon.
I absolutely love eggs, anyway any time. Definitely my go to when I want something quick. 😋👍🥚🍳
Great minds think alike, Joanna!
Lately I’ve started boiling some up and having them ready to eat in the fridge. A quick healthy snack.
Yes, Deb! I have a dozen on the fridge right now. I try to keep them all the time. Thanks for reading and commenting. ♥️
