Sugar Free Gingerbread Muffins

1/4 cup coconut flour

3 eggs

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup Sukrin Fibre Syrup

1/2 cup Sukrin Gold

1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg

1 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 350.

Blend butter and sweeteners.

Add eggs and blend.

Add dry ingredients and blend well.

Fill 6 count muffin pan.

Bake  20 minutes.
