2 15 oz. cans beans of your choice (no sugar, check the ingredients)
(For Nutritional Info I will use Navy Beans because traditional “Pork and Beans ” are Navy Beans)
4 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup Heinz Reduced Sugar Catsup
1/3 cup brown Swerve
1/4 cup (4 Tablespoons) prepared yellow mustard
1 medium sweet onion, finely diced (or 2 Tablespoons onion powder)
Mix everything, except bacon, lightly and pour into a baking dish. Top with bacon and bake at 425 degrees until beans thicken, about 30 minutes. You can cook these in the microwave. Just adjust the time for the size of bowl that you use and don’t overcook. ;-*
