- 1 lb summer squash
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1.4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- pinch of salt
- Clean and peel the summer squash, slice squash thinly
- In a bowl, combine the oil, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. Pour the oil mixture over the squash slices and toss to combine well.
- Dry squash in the dehydrator.
- Dehydrate at about 100F overnight, or 12 hours, or until crspy.
