1 yellow onion
1 green bell pepper

16 oz. Tuna in olive oil, drained
1 cup mayo
4 oz. Freshly shredded parmesan
1 t. Chili flakes

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400
Chop veggies finely and saute in butter til slightly soft
Mix tuna, mayo, parmesan and chili flakes and add sauted veggies
Bake for 15-20 minutes til golden brown
