2 # ground beef
2 T. Minced onion flakes
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Thousand Island dressing, divided
1 c. Dill pickle slices
2 T. Toasted sesame seeds
1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped
1-Preheat oven to 350
2-In a large skillet brown beef, minced onion flakes, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, sea salt and black pepper. Drain and put in a large casserole dish.
3-Add 1 c. Cheddar, mozzarella and 3/4 c. Dressing. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Flatten into even, compact layer. Top with pickles.
4-Sprinkle remaining cheddar on top and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top of the cheese.
5-Bake for 20 min. Turn oven up to a high broil and broil another 5 minutes. (Make sure your dish is safe for using under the broiler!)
6-Plate on bed of shredded lettuce and top with remaining dressing.
