3 cups chopped cauliflower or a blend of cauliflower and broccoli

1/4 c. Scallions, chopped

1/2 c. Red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/3 c. Yellow bell pepper finely chopped

1 c. Red cabbage, finely chopped

1/2 c. Celery, finely chopped

1/4 c. Fresh basil, julienned

Dressing Ingredients

1/4 c. Avocado oil

2 t. Lime juice

2 T. Apple cider vinegar

1 1/2 T. Swerve granulated

1/2 t. Kosher salt


1.Combine all chopped veggies

2.Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad

3.Toss and store in fridge up to 4 days.
