4 c. frozen okra
2 c. water
1 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes
1 t. garlic powder
2 t. Creole seasoning
6 slices cooked bacon
Boil water and add the okra.
Cook 6-7 minutes
Drain
Return to pan and add tomatoes
Add seasoning and bacon
Stir lightly and taste and just heat through. Don’t overcook.
