Sugar Free Cranberry Sauce

12 ounces cranberries

1 cup powdered erythritol

3/4 cup water

1/2 teaspoon orange zest (optional)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine everything except the vanilla extract and simmer for 10 minutes, or until cranberries pop and a sauce forms.

Remove from heat and add vanilla.
