What is on your Play List when you exercise?

Classic rock when I hike or jog, and heavy metal when I lift weights!

I love heavy metal for lifting and I'm crazy about the Rolling Stones anytime. Mick Jagger is a great example of what is possible when we take care of ourselves as we age .

Can't hardly beat the Stones, but I really like the Eagles and Jackson Brown when outside hiking.
